About Me

I've always been drawn to photographs that feel lived in. The ones that don't look like they were manufactured for social media, but like they belong in an old album you'll stumble across years from now. That's what I'm after every time I pick up my camera.

I don't expect you to show up knowing how to pose or what to do with your hands. Honestly, most people tell me they're awkward in front of a camera, and most people are wrong. My job is to give you enough direction that you never feel lost, but enough freedom that your photos still feel like you.

Around here, there isn't one "look" that gets copied and pasted onto every client. Your session should feel like yours. Maybe that's wandering downtown with an old truck, taking the long way down a back road, hanging around the lake until sunset, or bringing an idea you've been saving on Pinterest for months. Whatever it is, we'll make it happen.

The best photos usually aren't the ones where everything went perfectly. They're the ones where you forgot there was a camera for a second.

When you book with me, you're not just getting someone who shows up, presses a button, and sends a gallery. I put a lot of thought into every session—from helping you choose a location to figuring out what time the light is going to be best. The planning matters just as much as the photos.

If you're looking for stiff poses and forced smiles, I'm probably not your photographer.

If you want photos that feel natural, a little timeless, and actually look like you, I think we'll get along just fine.

Thanks for being here. I can't wait to create something you'll still be happy you have years from now.
