Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Toretia Photography, every session is reserved exclusively for you. Because time is set aside specifically for your session, all session fees and retainers are non-refundable.

Your session fee secures your date and covers the planning, preparation, and photography experience. If you choose to cancel your session, this fee will not be refunded.

If you need to reschedule, your session fee may be transferred to a new date one time with reasonable notice, subject to availability. Additional reschedules or cancellations may require a new booking fee.

If weather or other unsafe conditions make an outdoor session impossible, your session will be rescheduled at no additional charge.

Due to the custom nature of photography services, all sales of digital images, prints, albums, wall art, and other products are final. Once images have been delivered or products have entered production, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations cannot be provided.

Refunds will not be issued due to personal preferences regarding poses, expressions, locations, weather conditions, outfits, or the photographer's artistic editing style. By booking with Toretia Photography, clients acknowledge they have reviewed the photographer's portfolio and understand that all images will be edited in Toretia Photography's signature style.

If Toretia Photography is unable to fulfill your session and a suitable reschedule cannot be arranged, any payments made beyond the non-refundable session fee will be refunded
